THE REVIEWS
I picked up a copy of "Miracles" on Sunday and finished it yesterday morning.  I was truly inspired.  Your writing style is very addictive and keeps me turning the pages - no matter what. There are so many familiarities when I 'm reading - (I attended WC when Jane Pauley was a Senior, and I remember what a presence she was!  I was also in a speech class with her.)   I'm looking forward to more of your great stories!!

4 Dear Carol,
I’m just about done with the book, and it’s taking my breath away for reasons I will tell you about after I’m done. I can relate to a lot of what you went through and would like to talk about them with you.
Hi Carol,
Today I woke up with a migraine.  Took  a little nap at noon, woke up, and no matter how bad I felt...I just felt compelled to pick up your book
Miracles.  I did and one thing led to another; suddenly I was on chapter 35!!!!!  Carol, I have much trouble comprehending what I read!  But not with your book!!  You are such a good writer that I was able to stay right with it!!  I'm so sorry for all that you went through.  This book is very inspiring and honest.  I can't put it down!  I just wanted to let you know how much this book has meant to me.  I must go...I have a book to finish reading!
Love you,
Robin

Carol, so funny you just wrote!  I was finishing up some things on the computer and couldn't wait to get done (so I could get back to reading).  Due to things that came up I wasn't able to finish your book the day I wanted to.  I was finally able to pick it up again last night.  I got completely consumed in your book...and then a friend called and needed some emotional support.  I have just finished this up so now I can finally get back to your book.

I have to tell you something about your writing; I truly feel as if I am right there with the words you write.  When you speak of your mother I feel like I am right there in the room with her, and when you speak of the words she says I can hear her voice!  You are very talented to be able to make your readers feel as if they are right there!  I had no idea that you had such a gift!  I feel as if I really am part of your life within your writings!  Unbelievable!!!

God Bless you, and I know when I see you again I will probably hug you and cry; I really miss the friendships of wonderful caring friends like you.

Love,
Rebecca

7 Carol Sissom manages to grip the reader in the first few pages of her newest book, Miracles Really Do Happen!  As it continues she gives the reader glimpses of her life, her mistakes and triumphs as God takes her through a heart wrenching journey that ends in grace, praise, healing, and yes, miracles.  She makes you cry with her and laugh with her as she tells her story in a way most everyone reading it can relate to in one way or another.  Then she provides bonus stories of documented miracles that have happened to other people, proving that God still does miracles in our lives today.  This book is so riveting it makes the reader wish there were more pages to read.

Excellent!!
